My Lamentations

Greetings and salutations

I know I said I would add some about me today, but unfortunatly I have run out of time tonight.  So I will make mention a couple of important things.  You may notice that I have a link to Reggie's blog.  Go there and check it out.  Reggie is a cool cat from Virginia who is a good friend of mine.  Without him this blog wouldn't be possible.  I will add some more links later on this week.  I will also give you some insite into my life.  I need to go to bed, but blogging is so much fun!  Anyways, check out the link to Reggie's blog.  I think you will find something you might enjoy.  Things will be changing in this blog all this and probably next week so heads up out there.  For tonight let me tell you why I chose the title of this blog.  My Lamentations is an idea that has been floating around in my head for the past two or three days and now that it is a reality (I can't believe I'm writing in a blog) my life has a new purpose.  The word Lamentations for those who may not know, comes from the Old Testament book Lamentations.  In this book the Hebrew prophet gets a vision from God and it grieves him so much all he can do is cry or Lament.  Since this blog is the child of some of the things that give me grief in my life now I named such.  My purpose with this blog is to give you tidbits of information, insights on things I have learned in my life so hopefully you won't make the same mistakes, and to try to brighten your day.  On that note I will sign off and wish you a good day/night until tomorrow.

From he who weeps

First I would like to welcome you to my blog.  I will post at least once a week so please keep checkin' on it.  I would like to tell you a little about me.

I am a 19 year old college student at College of the Ozarks.  I greatly enjoy music, chillin' with my friends, havin' coffee and philisophical discussions with Reggie.  I also like to walk outside at night 'cause it makes me feel closer to God.  I am starting this blog due to some recent developments in my life.  You are welcome, nay expected to comment on anything you see.  I would love some feed back from my fellow bloggers.  I will give you a glimpse into my life in the coming days, however, regarding the fact that it is late and I have an early morning I will be leaving you with this.  Think about the quote on the top of this home page.  You may realize the suttle truth in it and you will need it as you read this blog in days to come.  Until next time.

He who weeps.
